Learn basic techniques for crepe paper flower making.

I normally teach +2.5 hour workshops, so when I was asked to teach a one-hour beginner's workshop, I knew I had to design a flower that was technically easy for newbies so it could be constructed quickly. It also had to be beautiful because it's simplicity required it. So day after day I searched for a flower that was beautiful in its simplicity. And then I found it. A 5-petal wild rose. There are so many types of wild roses, and some of them are native to the prairie provinces. This is only my interpretation of this flowering shrub. -- The wonderful thing about this tutorial is that you can build upon the techniques taught here and then elevate this seemingly simple flower to something more (like what I have here on the right).

Beautiful Wild Rose

I initially read the text and folded the stamens wrong, but watching the video demonstration helped immensely. Very well put together course. I've bought the book as I'm impressed with finished result.

Excited to give this a try. Being able to watch the step by step video is very helpful. Clear instructions with a pace you can keep up with. Waiting on materials and then to start.

Everything else can be easily purchased from art or craft stores, online, or you likely have them at home. For most materials, I provide direct links to where you can buy them inside the course.
